- Peleas, agresiones, amenazas o insultos a jugadores, árbitros, organizadores o público.
- Falsificar o prestar credenciales, o usar jugadores no registrados.

Effective October 30, 2026
The short version:
- By registering a team, signing up as a player or playing, you accept these terms, the rules and the privacy notice.
- Soccer carries a risk of injury. You play at your own risk and the tournament does not cover your medical costs.
- Your spot is reserved only once the organizer confirms the payment.
- Give real information. A player with false details or the wrong age can cost the team games or the prize.
- Fights, threats or disrespect = removal, with no refund.
1. Who runs it and acceptance
Rival 8 Soccer Tournament Series · Las Vegas Winter Cup 2026 (“the tournament”), on December 12–13, 2026 at Freedom Park, Las Vegas, is organized by Rondo Time LLC, based in Las Vegas, Nevada, which also does business as BE PRO FC and BE PRO Scouting (“the organizer”, “we”). These terms cover this website and your participation in the tournament, as a team contact, a player or someone attending with a team.
By registering a team, signing up as a player or playing a game, you accept these terms, the rules and liability waiver and the privacy notice. If you do not agree, do not register or play.
2. Team registration
- Each team is registered by a team contact (the captain, the manager or whoever pays the entry). They do not have to play; if they do, they also sign up as a player.
- The team contact must give real details and is the team’s point of contact with the organizer: they receive notices, the team’s private link and the payment details, and share them with the team.
- The team’s private link is the key to view and edit the team. Keep it safe and don’t post it. If it is lost or someone else has it, ask the organizer for a new one.
- Registering does not reserve a spot. A spot is reserved once the organizer confirms the payment. Spots go in the order payments are confirmed, until each division’s 12 spots are filled.
- The organizer may refuse or cancel a team registration with false details, an offensive name or logo, or one that breaks these terms or the rules.
3. Players and eligibility
- Once the team’s spot is paid, each player signs up on their own, with true, complete and current details, including a photo of their face and a photo of their ID.
- No one may sign up with another person’s name, photo or ID, or with a team they do not play for.
- Ages, as of December 12, 2026: Open (Libre), 18 or older; Over-35 (Veteranos), 35 or older.
- The organizer may also register a player in person; in that case the player signs the waiver on paper.
- Each team can sign up to 18 players. Only signed-up players may play.
- The organizer may ask for ID at the field at any time. If a player is not signed up, gave false details or does not meet the age rule, the organizer may keep them from playing, forfeit the game, disqualify the team or withhold its prize, with no refund.
4. Adults only
The tournament is adults only: every player, in both divisions, must be 18 or older on December 12, 2026. Minors are not accepted. If a minor plays using false details, they may not keep playing and their team may forfeit games, be disqualified or lose the prize.
5. Payments and refunds
- Entry is $600 per team, paid by Zelle or in cash directly to the organizer. The website does not take payments or store bank or card details.
- Zelle payments cannot be canceled. Before sending, check that the number or email and the name match the ones on your team’s private page. The organizer is not responsible for payments sent to someone else.
- If a team pays after its division has already filled, before its payment is confirmed, the full payment is returned.
- Once the spot is confirmed, the entry is non-refundable if the team withdraws or does not show up, unless the organizer decides otherwise in writing.
- If a player or team is removed for conduct or false details, there is no refund.
- If the organizer cancels the tournament and does not reschedule it, the full entry is refunded. If it is rescheduled, the entry carries over to the new date; a team that cannot attend the new date may ask for a refund.
6. Prizes
- In each division, the champion gets $4,000, a trophy and jerseys, and second place gets a trophy and jerseys, as announced.
- The cash prize is given to the team contact, or to whoever the team names in writing, in the way the organizer indicates. Splitting it among the players is the team’s decision and responsibility.
- A team that used players who were not signed up or not eligible, or that was sanctioned for conduct, may lose the prize. In that case the organizer decides whether the prize goes to another team.
- Whoever receives the prize is responsible for any taxes on it. If the law requires it, the organizer may ask for their tax details and report the prize to the IRS.
- Prizes are announced for full divisions of 12 teams. If a division does not fill, the organizer may adjust its format or prize, telling that division’s teams before the tournament; a team that does not agree with the change may ask for a refund.
7. Format, schedule, fields and cancellations
The format and schedule are in the rules and on the schedule page. The organizer may change times, fields, groups or the format, or suspend or reschedule games, because of weather, lighting, field availability, safety or other causes outside its control. We will try to give notice in advance. The organizer is not responsible for travel, lodging or other costs caused by a change or cancellation.
8. Risk of injury
Soccer is a contact sport with a risk of injury, some of it serious, and even death. By taking part, you understand and accept that risk, including injuries from contact with other players, falls, the ball, field conditions, weather, cold or darkness during night games. You are responsible for:
- Being physically fit to play, and seeing a doctor if you have a health condition.
- Wearing the right gear, such as shin guards and shoes or cleats suited to the field.
- Stopping play if you feel unwell or get hurt.
Unless the organizer says otherwise in writing, the tournament does not provide medical or accident insurance for players: each player is responsible for their own medical costs. In an emergency, the organizer may call 911 or seek medical care for you, but is not required to provide medical care and is not responsible for its cost.
9. Liability waiver
To the fullest extent allowed by Nevada law, every player releases Rondo Time LLC, its owners, organizers, referees, staff, volunteers, sponsors, contractors and service providers (including whoever builds and runs the website), and the owners and operators of the fields, from any liability for injury, illness, death, damage or loss arising from taking part in the tournament or being present at its games and events.
This confirms and extends the waiver in the rules that you accepted when you signed up. It does not apply where the law does not allow such a release, for example gross negligence or intentional harm.
10. Conduct
Respect and fair play are required of every team’s players, contacts, staff and fans. Each team answers for its people’s conduct. The organizer may warn, suspend or remove a player, a guest or a team, with no refund, for:
- Fights, assaults, threats or insults toward players, referees, organizers or spectators.
- Discrimination of any kind.
- Arriving or playing under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
- Bringing weapons.
- Damaging the facilities or ignoring the field’s rules.
- Forging or lending credentials, or using players who are not signed up.
Referees’ decisions on the field are final. When in doubt about these terms or the rules, the organizer’s decision is final.
11. Credentials
The organizer makes a credential for each signed-up player, with their photo, name, birth date, team and division, to confirm at the field that they are signed up and meet the age rule. The credential is personal: it may not be lent or altered.
12. Photos and video
Photos and videos are taken during the tournament. By taking part, you allow the organizer to use your image, name and team in Rival 8 photos, videos and posts for promotional purposes, without payment. Your credential photo and ID photo are never posted. If a specific post bothers you, write to us and we will look at it.
13. Team names and logos
- By uploading your team’s name and logo, you confirm the team has the right to use them and that they do not copy another person’s or company’s brand.
- You allow the organizer to show the name and logo on this website (on the public team list, once the spot is paid), on credentials and in tournament posts, without payment.
- The organizer may remove, or ask you to change, a name or logo that is offensive or that receives a complaint from someone else.
14. Using the website
- Do not try to access parts of the site, or other teams’ or players’ information, without permission.
- Do not submit fake or automated sign-ups, or sign-ups on someone else’s behalf.
- Do not copy other players’ information or interfere with how the site works.
The Rival 8 name, its logos and the site’s content belong to Rondo Time LLC. The site is provided “as is”: we do our best to keep it working and accurate, but there may be errors or outages.
15. Personal belongings
The organizer is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged belongings, or for vehicles in the parking lot. The fields may belong to third parties; you must follow their rules as well as the tournament’s.
16. Limit of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, the organizer is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages. If the organizer were found liable for anything, its total liability will not exceed the entry fee you or your team paid. This section also protects the organizer’s contractors and service providers, including whoever builds and runs the website.
17. Indemnity
You agree to cover Rondo Time LLC, its owners, organizers, referees, staff, volunteers, contractors and service providers (including whoever builds and runs the website) for claims, damages or costs (including attorneys’ fees) arising from your conduct, from your breaking these terms or the rules, or from false information you gave.
18. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada. Before going to court, both sides will try to settle any dispute by talking directly. If it is not settled, it will go to the courts of Clark County, Nevada. If any part of these terms is not valid, the rest still applies.
19. Language and changes
These terms are in Spanish and English; both versions say the same thing, and if there is any difference, the English version controls. The organizer may update these terms; the current version will always be on this page with its date. Changes do not affect payments already made without your agreement.
